if you want it to last use something like ij180 or dpf8000 then use a thick polycarbonate laminate that will hold up to the traffic. be sure to use UL LISTED anti slip laminate. if not you will have the worlds largest indoor hubble space scope jungle slip and slide.
the glue residue is going to be worse than the 4 holes when the sign is ever removed. it would be easier to go back and fill those 4 small holes with colored mortar to match the brick then removing silicone/liquid nails adhesive from a brick wall.
IJ35/?? lam probably was not the best choice for outdoor subzero signs. IJ180C/8518 combo and post heat is the proper way to go. OR for the 3M haters - a high quality cast vinyl / cast lam combo would be a better fit.
we have the keencut evolution 104" on the big bench and it has increased production and quality of cuts tenfold. When you get that 50 posters on foamboard job you will thank yourself for having one. all cuts super straight and at a 90' angle. if you try freehanding with straight edge your...
could also be a bad ribbon or circuit board problem. we have the epson GS6000 similiar to mutoh and the techs came out and swapped what they thunk was a bad head. it ended up being the ribbon that goes to the head.
be sure your cleaning all the scabs off the bottom of the head carriage - get a light and stick your head in there. also the cap station clen it good. if there are scabs it will not seal good and you will get ink drops.

we do a lot of green printing with no problems.
no problem with our take up.
winning a bid is all in the presentation. if you just give one price without providing detailed material 951 specs and also offer alternatives on other materials 751 or 651 the client will only look at the number you have presented and he is comparing just that number. you have to ask the...
depends on total sq footage. if it's a small one i would not bother. If he's talking full rolls then i would subtract the material cost from the job and bill him for the labor and transfer tape.
no - he does not have enough blade out.
force is the force of the downward pressure not the depth of cut. you can fudge some additional depth by increasing force but you will run into problems on some fine detail cuts.
we run force 17. what you need to do is increase your blade depth by...
keencut 104" woot!
try cutting 100 36x60x1/2 gator board signs by hand using a ruler and blade.
even with the keen cut i was getting blisters on my palms i can't imagine doing it freehand. none of the cuts will be straight and clean if you do them freehand. maybe straight but not vertically...
