** cut vinyl on dry erase is not a great idea as the letters will get full of dry erase gunk and will eventually come off.
Proper is a screen printed method.
if you go solid attach it every 1 foot with screw and a roofing flat washer. no "zip ties or bungees" if wind gets under it it will rip it right off the trailer. reinforce the edges with webbing.
use a font manager like Suitcase Fusion.
check your NAS set up. are you running gigabit network? if not upgrade your switchers to gigabit and use cat6 cables to get more throughput.
... or just drop the macs and get a PC. :)

AQ print we use Clearshield type C
Solvent print we use Clearshield type LL
You can use Type C on Solvent print.
You cannot use Type LL on AQ print.
TIP: depending on your hull and the V it has you may want to mask it with transfer tape, mark the edges with a sharpie then remove and lay it on a flat wall to photograph it to use as a rough stencil. You will find deep v hulls look like a boomerang when flat.

I did and that thing was AWESOME!!! Holy cow - it glides like a wet squeegee.
I do think it is a bit stiff and has no flex but man does the suede side glide.
@bill - not sure what kind of glass it is. It is in Key Largo - maybe hurricane proof glass. not sure. But the perf did cut the light significantly and the room dropped a few degrees in temp - we had to reset our thermostat a few degrees higher.
