for sublimation to bond, it needs polyester and has to be white or in your case white behind any poly coating you would put on your plywood.

i saw a number of larger presses like that @ the NBM show in Indy this week. can remember the vendors, but there were a few pressing sublimation prints all day.

for the amount of pressing you are going to do, i would recommend getting a brand name if you can find a good deal on a used one. I would avoid the $200 ebay or other cheapies out there. Too much inconsistency in the temps and this will cause unsuccessful transfers and unhappy customers. Yes, a...

I would also go the route of your Pro III. Inkjet transfer will get you about 15-20 washes at most. Your Pro III will produce transfers that last. I have a variety of different materials for any color and any fabric. Let me know if you are interested in sampling any of them.
