  9. Printing White in a color logo on a dark shirt??

You can use either of your printers to produce full color transfers for darks. With the Edge, the Color Print will work, but unfortunately we do't have the ability to punch. For your Mimaki, we supply a number of different media for this application. You don't need white because the material...
  10. Opinion: BN-20 Ink Options

We have a number of these units in the field and haven't had any clogs from the white. The recirculating heads and auto clean cycles really do a nice job in keeping the heads clear. As for the cleaning cartridge trick...i'll leave that to Roland to answer. For ink set up, just go with...
  11. Opinion: BN-20 Ink Options

With the BN-20 it is either white or metallic, not both. When you have it set up either metallic or white, and don't use them in printing...they will be used in the cleaning, which is a minuscule amount. With the cost being 99.99 for white and 229.99 for metallic, it would be tough for me to set...
  12. Opinion: BN-20 Ink Options

What i meant by clear was clear decal vinyl or clear static cling. Sorry for the confusion. You will need to flood the back with a layer of white for the decals to be more opaque one applied. I would go with four color, because that is primarily what you will be using. For heat applied...
  13. Opinion: BN-20 Ink Options

First...let me say i don't think you will be sorry if you buy this machine, especially what you plan to use it for. The machine was made to produce short run t-shirt transfers and decals. It does this very well...yes it is slow print/cut, but when producing 1-36, speed isn't going to make or...

  19. Digitally printed t-shirt transfers...and a supplier for them.

heat transfer hold up very well through many washings. Solvent/Eco-Solvent and Sublimation prints will last the longest for sure. There are a number of different places to get them printed such as Transfer Express and probably alot of folks here. If you are interested in doing them your self...
