    what are you setting your page size to? If you are setting it for the same width as the vinyl it will cut you off. If you are using a 15" wide roll you would want to set your material size at 13" - 13.5" max for you width.

    transfer paper Laser and Inkjet transfers are not of the highest quality for full color images. They are used for short term applications and a nice solution for something that will not be laundered. If you are looking for high quality color transfers there are a number of different options...

    i would say it would compare in thickness and print quality but would outperform in durability.

    Eco Print is .088mm thick...same as Express Print. It is available in 20" and 40" rolls.

    a 12" square is always going to feel like a patch regardless of how thin or thick the material is. The express print from Stahls is a great product. Imprintables direct comparison is the Eco-Print.

  15. Used Hotronix, or new Vesta Heat Press?

    go with a working hotronix. you wont be sorry. The cheapies are ok if you are pressing here and there a few times a week, but nothing for day to day usage. Temperature inconsistencies across the platen and uneven pressure make for not so successful transfers.

    if you are cutting to the edge of the ink, it is best to allow some dry time prior to cutting....especially with stretchable materials.

    a standard satin stitch should be fine. You wont need to add any additional pull comp because the media isn't as thick as the puff material.
