I've been running Flexi on x64 editions of Windows since 8.0. I've also been using Flexi 8.6v2 on Windows 7 x64 RC1 with no issues. My main design station is running Flexi 8.6v2 on Windows Vista Business x64.

Rep if the VersaCamm is similar to the SolJet you can turn off the power with the button on the front and it will still come on every 24 hours to do it's little cleaning cycle. Just keep the main power "switch" in the ON position.

Yes you can.
As far as I know you just need to use a cleaning cartridge to flush the LC/LM lines and then insert the white ink cartridges. (Be sure to change the ink setup in the printer menu as well)

In Flexi:
View Menu > Create Swatch > (then select one of the options)
You can then export that as an EPS and print it from VW.
Your best option would be to use the Roland Color System. Print the chart from VW and use the Roland Color System colors in Flexi. Do a search for Roland Color and...
I use VersaWorks because of the new RIPC profiles.
Also the newer version of Flexi has a "Send to VersaWorks" button that makes it very easy to design in Flexi and send your file directly to VW.
