Have many that are similar but no bulls eye.

I have a 54" but most of the cut vinyl that I do is on 30" material. I wouldn't take much work for a nice plotter to pay for itself. I would go bigger, nobody ever says "damn, I wish I had a smaller plotter".

What does everyone like for a coolie profile in versaworks? High quality banner? We don't do a lot of flex face stuff so some recommendations would be appreciated.

Offset, any commercial printer. 1 plate, black ink, doesn't get any easier. You will pay the minimum set up charge 150 or 1,000 will probably be the same price except for the stock (of which there might be a minimum).

There have been some threads here where sticker guys use a die press that looks kind of like a letterpress instead of flexo for decals. I think that they would be able to do this for you with sheeted stock.

A paint job can look perfect, even if there is no primer underneath (that is until it fails). Signed release, photos as evidence, not your problem; Inform your client, cover it up and hope for the best.

Also if the play is in the rail you could bend up a z bracket to go over the top of the end of that rail back to the upright stand metal and attach it with some self threading screws.
