Hiya all,
I seem to be having an issue running some banner material through my Roland SP-300V. The 10oz scrim seems to run ok but every once in awhile I get a spot where it appears to brush ink on the edge.Sometime sit appears to wrinkle (bad description) or a small wave. The 13oz had a huge...
Ah ha to the TTF that may be the culprit. I am going to run a test of a few fonts and see what becomes of it -- thank you If I weld or Convert to outlines it shouldnt do that correct?
On the BPS Its a used machine(sp-300v) in which the rep had "gone through it" before bringing it down. I have...
I still seem to be having this issue -- I am on a new blade and adjusted the balde holder pressure till its right on. Currently cutting @ 90 and as slow as 6. The letter cuts great except for the start stop areas still -- the piece is soooooo small but enough (specially on white) to pull letters...
for the sake of sounding simple :0) -- I usually do hehe
Last I fired up a new pc and this happened -- I had to get a new vid card as the resoultion wouldnt let me view as you are stating. Can you up the resolution to see?
Markus
Thank you, I have spoken with "Heather". The fact I dont hear anything much let alone none bad, makes my purchase feel secure. :thumb:
thanks for the input,
Markus
Morning all -- Night to some lol
Has anyone used Circle Graphics ?
I have been intouch with them several times and about to place an order so I thought I would ask up first. They seem large, friendly, and capable. They were also referred by a semi local company to me as the one they use...
Stuff is amazing on glass -- just make sure its where you want it before pressing on any of it or its stuck. I tried the soap, water and alcohol mix and preferr Rapid 2 instead.
Markus
It was certainly the app fluid. I put them on the table outside and they were gone in an hour or so -- I have never had this happen even on glass -- wierd stuff but all worked out well. Suppose to be raining tommorow so its a good day to fine tune the squeegies.
Thanks for all the insight...
lol Sticky Signs just kiddin'
thks for the sandpaper and the edge tip -- I put them outside as per the above post and it would appear the bubble shave all gone -- I cant look directly at them outside ATM lol
Will recheck later on to see the results
thank you,
Markus
ROF you may have your crack filled but I prefer mine the way it is :thumb: Exit only
Thanks for all the insights -- rushing is probably the most, the transfer may be an issue as well -- never thought of that -- looks flat with no wrinkles -- even ran some through the lam to make sure it...
Thank you greatly for the time to respond. Being as I had done 4(actually 8 lol) 2 of each and this happened on everyone. I havent ran into this kind of thing yet. I tried so many different things from:
different transfer tapes
different squeegies and directions big squeegie size to 6"...
Howdy,
I have now done this stupid sign four times and the same result. I have no clue what is going on. I switched rolls of black also thinking it may be the end of the roll blues. Its simple cut black Ora 651 on a Grimco .80 white alum blank. I have tried it wet and dry applications...
Thank you for the eps -- I thought it was suppose to be set @ .5 ? It has been and hasnt presented an issue -- will try -- thank you
I think this may be the issue -- the offset -- Im at home ATM but will post the settings when I return to the shop. Thats whyI asked what the setting were :0)...
All of a sudden (or so I think lol) the cuts on a Roland sp300v dont seem to fully meet up from start to finish -- sorry hard to explain -- when cutting an O-- the start and stops seem to leave a very very tiny tab instead of cutting all the way around. What should the proper setting be ...
