So when a sign company is able to get more money for what they do than a competitor, they are praised.....But when a software company does it, they are vilified.....
Mostly garbage if the sender and receiver are not using the same programs....But I could have said it better.....
I can convert a Publisher file to pdf and if someone tries to open it in another program and try to convert it to an eps it will be a disaster....
PS....I have been to Rosyln...
Did you ask your client what they want to spend?.....I have a feeling by the time you cover your costs and make a profit you will be way over what they have in mind....
As someone who has done lots of work over the years with MS Publisher I find it to be a very useful program....I get a few orders each month from folks using MS Publisher and I find a way to make them work.....Not ever going to say I like it as much as InDesign but I also do not want to chase...
pdf is not a file format.....What program created the native file that is inside the pdf?.....Does the resulting eps need to be vector?....If the native file is not vector neither will the end result....
Years back in a business course we discussed the subject of risk management.......For those is a production environment that means some redundancy.....It seems that having software that requires a dongle is the "weak link" as we have just seen....
Can the most basic version of Flexi from US Cutter open your files?....
