    You make it sound like there will be no differences in the number of jobs sold at a higher price versus at a lower price.....I think that is so wrong.....In my mind it will be easier to sell more jobs at a lower price.... Higher volume and lower overhead allows a shop to make the same gross...

    No one seems to want to address whether or not asking for a deposit or 100% up front affects gross sales..... There is no doubt that such policies help your cash flow but I am not so sure it makes you more money at the end of the road..... I can not imagine a client calling me to tell me...
