There are most definitely products for pressing onto nylon. We carry SPECTRA Cut Plus that is suited for nylon applications. Samples are available on request.

It looks to me to be straigh up reflective vinyl with the lettering cut out. We carry cut only reflective and printable. If you are interested I would be happy to send along some samples.

Sounds to me that you need to do a print/cut calibration as well as crop cut calibration on the machine.
