We carry our eco-film in 30" wide rolls as well. 24" is not typical with heat applied material...most range in the 15" - 20" then 30" and above. Most larger rolls are custom slit as well and have minimum quantities.

hmmm, not sure what has happened. Try turning the machine off both sub power and main power and leave it sit for a few minutes and turn back on. You may also want to try a different IP on the printer or computer...i have seen similar issues and this most of the time fixed it.

what is the IP of the printer and computer?

hmmm, interesting. Are you hooked directly from printer to computer or using a router?

Are you using a standard ethernet cable or a crossover. If memory serves me the sp-540v requires a cross over.

Embroidered is going to give you your best look for sure. If using screen printing or transfers, you want to be sure to use a towel with a low pile.

The machines were work horses. im with rusworks, run it until it dies. As long as you do your routine maintenance on these printers, they will keep you happy. I still have plenty of customers running this like they just got it yesterday
