    there is a button under printing set-up that reads "fit into shared area for print and cut"...it may not be exact but something along those lines. Be sure to click that before sending to your printer. If you do not see that button, update cutstudio to it's latest version. This should fix you...

    You can absolutely create heat transfer with you XC-540 and Eco Sol inks. There are a number of different media that can suit your needs. I would recommend Stahls Pacific in your neck of the woods
  13. SeraMark Media?

    When printing SeraMark, we have used a matte calendared vinyl profile and it works great. The residue was a known issue with earlier versions of the product but has since been fixed. Not an issue any longer. Samples available upon request.

    in my best guess it is re-branded thermoflex. I would try samples of material until you find one that works best for you. We at Imprintables carry a variety of material for heat applied graphics both cad-cut and solvent printable. If you would like to try some let me know. Thanks!

    IN my working with the two products...in my opinion they are both great products to use. We decided on carrying the SeraMark because of opacity, white point, color quality and CPSIA compliance. Samples of SeraMark available upon request :)

    use a teflon pillow. this will absorb the pressure to remedy the press lines. when using a pillow be sure to adjust your pressure before application.
