it could be some grime or buildup in the blade holder not allowing the blade to spin properly. you can try some compressed air and a lil WD-40 or 3 in 1 oil to grease it up a tad. Usually works

I would also suggest replacing the cap top for the magenta and yellow head. It may be dried up or clogged. This is a cheap and easy thing to try and may be all you need to do.
