the inconsistent temps are your problem. With the cheaper off brand presses, this is a very common problem. You need three things to ensure a properly applied transfer 1. Even heat/consistent temp 2. even pressure 3. proper time If any of these are off, you will encounter problems...

you need to set your eps margin to .10 rather than the default 0.00. You open your queue properties and this change is made in the file format screen.

Seramark. We looked at Phototex to carry, while the adhesion, printing and cutting weren't bad by any means, the opacity and and white point were not.

Most Siser dealers should sell punched material. Check some of your local suppliers and they should be able to fix you right up. We did carry punched material at one time, but the call for it fell of drastically.
