I know this is an old post but I am having the same problem. I've been cutting 14 mil with very little problem but I am now trying to cut 18 mil and the blade is dragging while going from cut to cut. I was wondering what you did to solve this problem.
Thanks
Do you have it set up with the belt twisted? This is not the way they originaly showed me how to load the materail but I saw it on there website about 6 months ago. It made a hugh differance how well the laminate worked. If your not already doing it this way you need to try it.
How old is the blade. I know when my blades start getting dull the cut depth has to be constantly adjusted. The cut strip will usually cause skips in the cutting when it's bad. The cut strip is very easy to replace.
If you mean you want them both to lean the same way there you can skew it by double clicking on it. Then type the amount of skew you want in the design central control panel.
I believe SW sells them seperately. I normaly get my blades from Alumapanel and a 5 pack of blades comes with 3 springs. I generaly change the spring every other blade change.
