    Make sure everything is calibrated and clean. When doing print/cut, I always slow the cutter right down and use all the pinch rollers. Roland recommends a 1 pt outline but that's BS. I always use at least 10 point outline if not more just to be safe. I get pretty decent results for about 8...

    Are you a 3M certified installer? I'm not 100% on this, but doesn't the 3M warranty require the wrap to be installed by a certified installer? They have some pretty strict guide lines and in my experience are pretty tight with warranty stuff.

    I have not used any mactac on my ProIII but I did check vesaworks online and they have color profiles for about 10 different mactac medias. I think it's a safe bet to say that those will work for you.

    Cut rollers will cause nothing but problems and it's a safety hazard. Those things are under a lot of pressure and can pop with out notice. Not good for you or your employees.

    Which do you have access to? Welder or sewing machine? Like I said, they're about the same so go with whichever is more convenient/cheaper.

    Try slowing the cut speeds down and using all the pinch rollers. Don't forget to put lots of bleed on stuff and like Mosh said, no longer than 8' to 10'.
