The prices I have seen from local shops trying to do wholesale work is usually 40% to 100% higher than specialty trade suppliers.....Tough for the little guy to compete with shops that run huge volumes and operate 24/7....

Marketing by other shops creates product awareness......Sales people on the ground can convert that interest into sales for your shop...

What kind of cutter?....Some cutters just do not keep pressure consistent....Cut a small section, remove all the vinyl and look for marks in the backing paper....They should be close non existent and consistent all over.... How is your blade?.....If it is not sharp you cuts may not be...
