I hope your printer was properly prepped to ship. It's not going to be fun when you get it otherwise. Good luck! Now, unless you got some with the printer you need rip software, and a laminator. Hope you planned ahead for those purchases as well, without the laminator you will either run off...

one thing to think about... I did my first set of cards double sided like yours, and regretted not leaving a place to write on the back somewhere. I don't know how you could make the back more "pen friendly", but you might consider it.

Don't buy a printer/cutter. You don't save that much money, and every time you are cutting, you are not printing. In the long run you are going to regret it.

Something other than my daige laminator. Love my mimaki.

I would tell them that all artwork over one year old is archived. In cases where it is used again in house, you waive the fee to dig and find it, load it into your computer etc. Since they need you to dig it out and send it to someone, charge them for an hours work. Beats getting nothing.
