This thread totally saved me from having to get help with my Latex 365. In the past the error message would go away from a powering down, unplugging and rebooting after it had sat for a couple days but this time that didn't work. The photo really helped me located the cable and it was a loose...
Worked for me as well with Onyx21 Postershop when upgrading from version 12. I could see the network fine with old version but after upgrade I lost the mapped drive. The registry edit above fixed the issue.
Too Much Pressure
This thread has probably been resolved but I have found on my laminator that too much pressure will bow the rollers and lessen the pressure on the middle. When I have had this issue in the past I just lower the pressure until it goes away, but still enough to seal the...
I too am curious how this works out. I currently use matte Oracal's 3169RA for easy application of yard signs and large 8' x 4' Coroplast/Sintra/metal signs but this may be another option to reduce costs. For those who try it please update this thread with your thoughts. :-)
Make your own
Not hard to take a few photos and make your own pattern. I get these requests too and never was happy with available camo patterns. Just carry decent a camera with you and take pictures the next time you're in the woods and even different types of trees in the park. Overlay them...
I guess I am old?
I never saw the attraction to the "sticker bomb" fills but I am seeing a lot more requests about them. I am a ATV racer from the late 70s until not and the only logo stickers I put on mine are paying sponsors... No free advertising for me. LOL! ;-)
I had a cheaper, knock-off from eBay for about a year until the casting broke. This was probably due to the downforce required to completely press the grommet which required almost all of my weight. I bought it because I wasn't sure if I would need it or not as I was used to the hammer and die...
Think of the deflection like a shower head that is starting to clog when taking a shower. It will still work but the water may not spray parallel to the other jets. I have the same issue that has slowly gotten worse over the years. I just replaced a yellow/magenta head from a head strike so I am...
Does anyone ever do that much doming and is it profitable. I have never been asked to do it and for the time/supplies it takes it seems like it's not profitable enough? But, I am a 1-man shop so anything that requires extra labor cuts into my design/sales time.
Why would they make it for 20" media instead of going with the common 24" media capability? I will stick with my good ol' SP-540V. It may be slow but it's been a true workhorse.
I have both CS3 and CS5 Suites running on my Windows 7 (64 bit) system and the only problem I have is with some fonts not showing up in CS5. Try uninstalling and reinstalling CS3 and see if that fixes it. You could have a corrupted application file?
Is there a supplier for the 90 degree and T-connectors that will work with conduit or similar galvanized tubing? I want to replace some fittings on an older tube-fram banner sign and can't seem to locate these items?
I used a Seal Image 600 for over 8-years laminating hot/cold laminates ranging from small to 30ft. long graphics and lots of mounting. It was an excellent laminator and can't say enough good things about it. Never had a service call and I always kept any blades away from the rollers. The only...
