hmmm not sure...sounds very odd for the eco-film? can you send photos so i can see the haziness? Has it been left in any extreme heat, dampness, or cold?

yeah, i guess i worded that wrong...without alot of pixelation. I guess one with good quality for someone wanting to do say 5' - 6' wall graphics

The rectangle tool workwill work nicely in illustrator. Once you design is complete...select the rectangle tool...draw a box around your design...there is your weed box

Definitely samples available of the puff. The puff comes in white only, but it is printable on solvent printers to achieve any color you like. As far as the border, you can design it how ever you would like...we did something simple to show the reversed embossing.

the pump clicking is normal...even during a print. 3rd party inks void the warranty on anything the ink touches, lines, dampers, heads, caps and pump. I have heard that the ink manufacturer would cover any damage if it were to damage anything. Not definitely sure about this though. Welcome...
