The vertical head alignments are off and that is a mechanical adjustment. Once that is completed, you will nee to do the horizontal and bi-directional.

You might try to make a change in your Flexi Preferences... Go to EDIT>PREFERENCES Then click on the TOOLS tab and scroll on the left to RIP and PRINT. Within this preferences box, uncheck the option to "Connect to Local Production Manager using TCP/IP" Then click OK and close the program...

Specifically, what level of Flexi 10 are you using? FlexiDESIGNER, SIGN, EXPERT, PRO, Mutoh Edition, STARTER?

The SC-500 is a 6 color machine and the profile being used is for a 2xCMYK.... the 2x does not mean LC and LM. 2x = CMYKCMYK. Using a profile for 1 model of machine on a completely different unit will not work.

Could be strip or also, blade holder, blade but more than likely the settings you are using... Condition Mode: CB09u Offset: 0 if you have Mode set to PEN, but using the CB09u holder with blade... your objects will not close completely.

Profile: PROII_V SC545EX 2xCMYK EcoSol MAX.... You stated that you have the SC-500, not the SC545EX. BIG DIFFERENCE. Try using the ESM-GCVP Profile in Flexi 8 for the SC-500.... make sure your setup is for the SC-500 and not the SC545
