Have you manually cleaned the head plates? Could be excess ink on the head causing dispersal of the ink drops... Even static can cause ink to travel from one part/color of the head to another.

A problem that frustrates us all is importing a PDF into Flexi to find issues with the rendering of the file... white blocks, missing data, incorrect layer display... If you have a PDF created in Adobe, you can Import the file as a link. This will bring the file into Flexi for you to use...

I believe the issue Dan posted has been resolved by SAi and GraphixDirect... Installing 10.5 into its own directory is recommended. Overwriting the previous install causes problems, as with most advanced graphics software.

First make sure the blade holder is installed correctly... I believe there is a clip that goes over the collar of the blade holder. If you have the clip under the blade holder collar, you will get this problem.

What material? Does this file on this material print ok on other printers? In the last pic, the magenta and cyan overlap some... something is off. Overspray looks like static issue. What profile are you using and what speed/quality?
