Only software that seems to cause this issue?
Does this error happen when starting the program? creating an invoice? editing an invoice? or some other software function?
Have you tried resetting the unit to factory default to see if that clears up the COPY issue? I believe you would power off, push and hold down the TEST and ORIGIN buttons down while powering back on. If this does not work, you may try the UP Arrow while powering on.
Should work without any issues. Might need the usb drivers to make it work with newer operating systems... Link

Version 8.5 is still not supported on LION and SAi has eliminated Flexi PRO for Mac. they still offer Flexi SIGN and EXPERT, but no longer offer PRO for Mac.
The dealer keys were timed keys that a dealer would use for tech support and/or demonstrations. Usually timed for 3 months at a time and the dealer paid for them. Bottom line, dealer units are not for resale and can not be upgraded.
