    Have you tried resetting the unit to factory default to see if that clears up the COPY issue? I believe you would power off, push and hold down the TEST and ORIGIN buttons down while powering back on. If this does not work, you may try the UP Arrow while powering on.

    No. Give me a call as I have important information for you... Version 8.5 is still not supported on LION and SAi has eliminated Flexi PRO for Mac. they still offer Flexi SIGN and EXPERT, but no longer offer PRO for Mac.

    Hopping Area.... installing SP-300i next week in the same area. You really only need adequate space, network drop, power and your are good. Make sure you do not have any AC Ducts overhead of the unit (dust)

    Sounds like you are doing things correctly. I notice roller marks more on the Air Egress Materials than GCVP.

    On the GCVP, you should not have to use the interior rollers, only the two outside. Another option would be to reduce the heat a little.
