    Contact your ink supplier #1 to report the errors. We have received zero complaints with the Roland OEM cartridges since becoming an Authorized Dealer last year. It is likely to run into one or two over time but a recurring issue should be resolved.

    Maybe the print carriage cable? not a Mutoh tech. If it feeds data to the printheads and the sheet cut mechanism, maybe a common point to inspect. Noticed any issues with static?
