Check to make sure your blade holder is not dragging on the material. This can cause errors in both directions as the downforce of the holder contacting the media will influence the tracking.

Captops should be changed/replaced at least once per year for optimal performance. Obviously a recommendation more than requirement. Change the captop, make sure you have enough ink in the cartridge and run a cleaning... should be good to go. Call me if you have any questions or need...

It is possible the tube connecting the captop to the pump separated. Clogged or damaged captop can cause drop out. Look to see if the captop has the tube connected to the bottom of it... If not, put a replace the captop... How old is this unit? Ever replaced captops before? What ink is...

This could also be an issue of the rendering intents and profile. Is your nozzle test perfect? What Ink? Do you know where to set the rendering intents within Flexi?

FYI - Roland heads are rated for 6,000,000 K shots/nozzle many last longer of course, but based on the numbers, both heads are due to be replaced. It is great to get 5+ years service from printheads

Bordeaux, like many other manufacturers, will sell product to be re-branded or packaged by a different label. many vinyl manufacturers do this as well... Who makes the Brightline, ShineRite materials for Fellers and Grimco?? Many of us know.

Thats like using a roller skate with only 3 wheels! Pinch roller wheel(s) need to be replaced.
