That 100 sq ft patch sounds like a perfect little place to bury an inspector. Especially for citing you for the trash that he obviously knew someone else dumped on you!

That stuff works great but can totally ruin paint jobs too, if it isn't a factory-baked, or at least 2 part hardened paint job.
