and...you really do NEED to have a pantone book. That way, when someone needs you to match a pantone color, you can hold that pantone book next to the Roland swatches you printed and match those two, then make appropriate changes in the file to be printed, if need be.

If what you say is true, I also would be tempted to go for it. One of the things I miss about being "employed" is that I could walk away from it on Friday at 4 and not think about it again until Monday morning. Make sure they don't put you on an on-call thing, 'cuz that'll get old real quick...
