I used signcut with my mac... signcut is pretty good, and you can license it for months at a time while you wait instead of shelling out cash to purchase a license outright. also, since your signature says flexi... contact SAi if you're ready to make the transition- they'll convert any 8.6/10...

initial thought is an account that the square fees are 'deposited' into and a bill is paid, but it's another step... and probably not the best way to do it.

i'm just spitballing... not a qb genius, not an accountant... that's just how i'd handle it until my accountant gets her hands around my neck.

register the deposited funds as POS-full amount. Enter a bill and payment (daily/weekly/etc) for the amount square took for processing.

I'd wait until you can buy a new machine, personally... too many bad experiences with used. You're going to have enough of a learning curve with the machine, different materials, colors, etc. without introducing repair/maintenance of a machine that you have no immediate knowledge of it's...

FWIW, we're getting 5-6 years out of rhino mats. Some of us are careful with em, some arent... still, they're not a bad option.
