Test print looks good. What material are you printing on and what are your heaters set at?

Is the media clean? Sometimes the first few inches of material can be contaminated. Try wiping it down with isopropyl alcohol or printing a little further in the roll. Can you post a photo of the test print? Does it look like all the nozzles are firing?

I have always been told to only apply vinyl to walls that have been painted with enamel based paints. We've never had any issues with enamel paint and cast vinyl.

You should not be paying tax on your supplies, at least not in Florida. Your suppliers should have a copy of your sales tax certificate. Otherwise the state would collect tax twice on the products you sell, I think double taxation is illegal.

Actually I just checked and its 2387 fonts. It takes a bit to get the computer going but it's still very speedy once everything is loaded. Thanks for info.

That's what the software I'm using now does. I just hate having to restart Flexi every time I add a font. It takes close to 4 minutes for it to load. It's to the point now that I keep close to 2000 fonts loaded at one time.

Sorry to be a :thread Does that Extensis Suitcase work with Flexi? Currently I'm using the Bitstream Font Navigator that came with Corel but every time I load a font I have to restart Flexi. It gets annoying very quickly.
