What kind of router? Some firmware for the basic SOHO equipment supports static DHCP, but we use a SmoothWall (www.smoothwall.org)... Gives us more control and allows for static DHCP. When a machine requests an IP, DHCP checks the static table, if the MAC address is registered, the machine gets...

side note- contact SAI support. My flexi-pro used to crash a few times a day, they updated a few dll files and now it's solid.

Cut a straight edge before laminating, and honestly... use oversized lam. I picked up oversized lam once by emergency, they were out of the size I needed- ever since, we use a lam 2-4" wider than required, just incase... although with proper tension and alignment, it's just been hitting craft paper.
