Did you have to install any thing else in your NetFirms hosting to make the form work? Or did it run without any extra scripts?..

Just like most discussions on this board there are two right sides..... Many that have tried to import from China and have had bad experiences are "right" to say do not do it.....Others that import from China and it works work well are "right" to say go for it..... I do it and it works...

What kind of file do you want to convert it too?....I am sure it can be printed as a PDF but that still may not give you a file you can use in another program.....Inside the pdf it will still be a publisher file....
