I believe they have a set number of times you can install it and then you're s.o.l. The only work around for that is install while your computer is disconnected from the internet. Then go into the preferences in Quickbooks and turn off the auto-update feature. Then it won't try to "phone...

Sounds like the Pulldown settings. On my 750, I hold down the ENTER button and press the SETTINGS (F3) button at the same time, then go into the "misc." menu to Pulldown. I attached a PDF version of my Envision manual, in case you don't have one already. See page 36
