Check to ignore any overprinting that was set up in the design stage. This can be useful if you want to save the time and output media needed to do overprinting.

The pump up option is designed to be used only when you want to completely drain the ink from the lines... for shipment or ink change.

Turn the printer off and let it sit for 10-15 minutes... The error is there to protect the pump motor from running too much and possibly resulting in a fried motor.
If you do not have "hybrid devices" listed, then you do not have the PRO version with the RIP.
And you will not get the windows driver to work on Win 7.
You will need Flexi PRO version to RIP/Print to the Roland ColorCamm PC-6xx.
