I see the use of these for short term banners and especially for inside use but why not just throw grommets in there? With only 10 it should take less than 5 minutes, even for the Soviet-era hand press we have here.

A little of topic but do you use a thick, 10mil+, laminate for this? We have one coming up and I don't know if we should use the Convex or Arlon 10mil lams they have available for the boat wrap.

Do you mean the color 1080 wrapping cast films? (not the 180cv3 white print media). Because I have seen those done a lot more than Oracal. If you do print using Ecosolvent do you have any advice for how to make it.....work?

Here is what the black looks like. We wiped down with Alcohol and it just doesn't seem to to want to settle evenly onto the laminate of the film.

We have done plenty of hangar bars on 4x8's etc just not to this magnitude. If not gluing the hanger bar on site, can you glue it at the shop and roll it up for transport?
