Cutting Master4 can create registration in Illustrator. after Printed send the Cutline layer to the Graphtec cutter directly from illustrator That would be the real speed up

You might want to use a real cutter, and Rip and Print only from VersaWorks. The registration marks needs to set in your cutting software. Graphtec or Summa can have barcode as well. no need to touch computer after prints loaded to the cutter. What Cutter do you have?

Can print the registration marks and cut it on any supported Roland Cutter, or hybrid printer. Most of the time no issues reading the registration under the laminate foil.

That's fine. Omega2 can be installed to 7, 10, or probably to 11 as well. The install might need to run in compatibility mode, but the program runs fine without. Color profiles needs to be copied to different folder, after install. msg me if need help.

Do not need XP. Omega 2.6.1 can be installed to Windows 10 (it is tricky, but works with no issues). The critical part is the ECP parallel port or old Gerber USB-EDGE2 cable.

Omega 2 won't work, not even with PCIexpress universal fast Printer port. I have this setup for 20 years, Tried every possible options. the best one is I currently have. If I would actually use it to make any money would upgrade Omega. But nothing I actually need Onega2 cannot handle.

This is a Graphtec thing. The vinyl is bending. Try less pressure or slower speed. I have this fault only with some cheap materials. Works fine when the backing paper is harder. Should have 3 rollers.

It Looks like a Tattoo font, but have not found it.

I know It won't resolve your problem, but need to say. CM4 is out already, do not go back to CM5.
