Using the Control Panel settings, do 2 Powerful Color cleanings, one after the other. I had the same experience, and that fixed it.

Funny, I called Signwarehouse for the Maintenance manual for my Mutoh Jr, and Ron emailed it within the hour.

Flame, Replicator said place the names in the BCC (Blind copy), not CC. By doing that, no one will see any names, including their own. You may want to place yourself in CC, just so something shows up there.

Well, the graphtec website documents what all the firmware upgrades fix. I upgraded from 1.01 to 1.5 to current 1.8, I think. Each upgrade helped with issues I had in earlier versions, mostly oon contour cutting and media sensors misreading at improper times. I would definitely look into...

Make sure you have the latest firmware. I had this problem big time with 1.52 (from the factory in May). I believe the latest is 1.80 Also, what software are you using?

I saw a Graphtec 7000 series doing contour and die cutting at the USSC show last week. It would contour cut around the image, then die cut about .100" further out. I know the 7000 series has the Line Pref. command, and a choice of off or 1-7 as the options. I tested 7 with a higher force on...
