I have a brand new 1641SR. Very few profiles out there for this machine! But what profiles I have found all print light blues and greens with a mottled, faded visual appearance. Very unattractive. Anyone know a solution? TIA!!!

cr maintenance message is now gone. As it turns out, we did already update the firmware which did not get rid of the message. However, performed the maintenance routine once again, but this time after the new firmware installation & the message is gone!

New capping station & latest firmware. - Was wondering if I need to go into setup (& where) to reset a maintenance item? TIA!

The title says it all. I have performed the CR Maintenance routine where the carriage scrolls across the platen says "wait a moment" while it waits for the user to clean/lube the carriage rail, then user hits "OK" and the maintenance routine is complete. However the message stills remains...

...You only forgot to mention that Flexi is a 32 bit app in a 64 bit world.

for sure. Too bad they don't answer their phone at 8pm. But seriously I was hope for an after hours answer. I think it had something to do with adding a new printer profile, even though I rebooted Flexi & then the puter. As it turns out I cut/pasted the job into a new file & all is well...

Flexi 19 was working fine earlier in the day. Last job out tonight, I go to print and the "print" icon is grayed out ((not the flexi windows printers icon)). Anyone have any idea what might be going on with flexi? -- Production Manager sees and can communicate with all printers & cutters...

We just re-built our Kona with new OEM touch pad, cut strip, blades, etc. Cuts like a champ now (even chrome)! Thanks for the Flexi info.

So, the title is the question! I do have the correct driver & installation technique for getting the Kona USB recognized correctly on Win 10, just need to know if FlexiCut Starter Version 12 will see/work with a Kona 1650. Thanks in advance for any replies!!

Yes, it is not a "laptop" in the portable sense at all. Easier to move around than a tower. But once in place, you really don't want to start ripping out/packing up cables so you can do your email at Starbucks. I guess people don't do that any more, right? I now have a STR4 3990X Threadripper...

lol. I never said I use it for games. I use it to develop/preview livery designs like this. - Alienware (Dell) is one of the few laptop computers that comes with a desktop cpu and full desktop GPU, which is why I got it.

I got an Alienware M51 for personal use with similar (but better) specs. It has 2 gigantic external power supplies & is a beast. No regrets (although expensive)
