Suggestions Polyester printing

Using Corel X5
Opinions on upgrading. Is Corel X6 any better than X5? Is it stable? I have a ligament X6 copy and don't like relearning if there is nothing much new. -

What vinyl should I use?
I agree. I radius (filet) the inside and outside corners. This helps corners from curling or stress on the inside corners.- Jackpine
