Thanks to the help from the tech, we finally figured out that there must have been an update to the iMacs that caused this. I switched over to a regular PC running Windows and it prints just fine. Same exact settings, same exact file, and the iMac running Windows prints a totally different...

The names of the colors shouldn't have changed. They just might not have the gloss or satin white aluminum updated to 2080 yet.

3M has IJ180mC-120, but I'm not sure it's quite that flaky.

The epson, at least the SC ones will tell you when to do everything. There's also stickers on them showing where to clean, like around the heads (NOT ON THEM), and the cap stations, etc. The display will tell you when to do that maintenance as well.

Is there a way to print barcodes and corresponding numbers with rasterlink, without having to create each one individually in illustrator? I've got a job that wants a bunch of gift cards printed, and I'm trying to figure out the best way to create the art.

I printed each channel and they looked fine, but I didn't have anything to compare them to. I got a new black cartridge in last week that I'll try swapping and doing an ink refresh.

Much if the image looks better in that picture than it does to the eye. The colors are muted compared to what I know this printer is capable of.
