The thoughts from both Epson and the service center I contacted is that the heads might need to be realigned using the service program, or entirely replaced.

it doesn't make a difference if the file is RGB or CMYK, they come out exactly the same. Even swatches from Onyx, which have no profile from illustrator, come out warm.

I profiled the media and many of the greys are still warm, even if I try to manually change the color or print a bunch of swatches. Grimco, where I bought the printer from, believes it's an issue with the printer itself. I'm waiting on a reply from Epson.

The more I looked at the other jobs I printed, they're off color as well. I think there was something with an update to epson edge dashboard last week that's causing this issue. So in the morning I'm going to totally uninstall everything related to the printer and start from scratch.

Created a new calibration, and now the evaluation print with that profile looks terrible. I've read onyx pages back to front over and over. Doesn't mean I'm doing it right.

the quality evaluation looks fine to my eye. Grays look gray, although they're a bit light compared to my pantone book. Reading the manual doesn't do me any good if the software doesn't work to do a calibration in the first place.

yes, but it says a calibration doesn't exist so it can't recalibrate. Any time I go into media manager and try to do a calibration the program crashes.
