I am not sure what Graphtec cutter you got and what RIP comes with your VJ, but if you get FLEXI you can contour cut using the manual 4 point method.

You will probably need to perform the PF (page feed) calibration. Increase the heaters settings May need to lower the ink limits.

I will clean the rollers anyways with foam tip applicator and denatured alcohol. Some media types have the tendency to release certain substances onto the printer pressure rollers. When frequently changing media type, this sometimes causes marks onto the printed media as the pressure rollers...

I've seen the same roller marks with 3951G, try to low the pre & after heater. Have you clean /inspect the rollers ? They may be DIRTY, warped or craked, my buddy had to replace his, they were cracked. Could be also Environmental : If your media has been exposed to temperatures/humidities...

Yes, contact your buddy @ Mutoh, you may need a new MS Station.

Why do not you upgrade to Flexi 7.6 or 7.7 so you can use the newer presets ? You'll need a calibrated monitor as well.
