Why was he messing with your fonts? doesn't seem to make too much sense. But sucks that it happened :( I usually back my fonts up to either our server and USB drive...maybe do this?

Well personally we do not order any materials until we get approval on the design for just this reason. I would say that if any artwork was done take that out of the deposit and return the rest to him, a deposit is a place holder for just this type of thing happening.

always make sure to hover over unknown links, it will then show the true URL on the bottom of your browser then you can check to see if it actually links to the website you want like USPS.com in this instance, most likely it wont

as stated before if the PDF was not originally in vector format it will not end that way. I can import into flexi with a PDF and export as an EPS let me know if you need help

Both are really good, the briteline we only use on coro signs, or anything temporary. We do use the briteline lam for everything though. Love it!

I am not trying to start any fights, but why are some of these people coming on here asking for help and at the end they don't change the layout and end it with "well its what the customer wants" ... personally if I know a customer wants a crap layout and will not budge I wouldn't waste others...
