Sounds like your other can of spray/liquid laminate was bad. For pigment printing I print the banner at a high speed and and get great resolution and color. I can spray laminate in an hour without problems. I do two light coats perpendicular to each coat. Depending on use you can use scrim or...
Graphtec CE series or a Roland GX are both good starters and cutters that will last and cut accurately. Both have OPS for contour cutting printed graphics. Used ones would be an option also...... look at eBay.

Not after it dries. I pin the prints in a cloths line to spray. I have an exhaust fan to remove the order and particles. I use this on pigment prints form an Epson inkjet. I use the spray on canvas, paper photo and poster and PhotoTex.
Good information. I use brick mold for larger ones also. Miter and glue with Tight Bond and the staple the corners.

I double cut it (copy/paste artwork on top of itself, select both, send) Good tip!
I bought an Electro Pounce in the 80's and still use it. I do have pounce wheels in my tool kit and paint box for on site use.
R-Tape has intermediate laminate that has a very thick backing. Oracle is very thin. Kapco laminate is good and has a heavy backing and free ground shipping for online orders, no minimum. They have a very large selection of products, very nice to do business with and an easy web site.

Mine are connected USB. Works very well. CleanCut blades last. Buy 5 for better price and get at least one 60 degree for thick material. 45 degree cuts 3 mil print and 3 mil laminate without a problem. I have 3 conditions and that seems to have been enough.
That's what I paid for my upgrade and is worth the $$$$......from X3 to X5. I still use X3 on two computers.
As TyrantDesigner said.... Anyways, get your upgrades or legal software (you know who you are).
