For cutting rubber and making pounce patterns a Graphic FC will work. Summa makes a great cutter also.

I laminate everything with a Big Squeegee. I have not ruined any prints because of it. I have ruined prints because of my fault. have laminated 36'x14' prints with help from my wife.....she pulls the backing as I laminate.

Fellers sells a roll of 1" optical clear laminate for this purpose.

I would print it on a cheap removable adhesive vinyl like 3621 and laminate it with a cheap laminate. I would not bother with application tape. Install letting gravity do the work.....squeegee from top to bottom.

If the customer wants perf just explain it and put it on and charge for it. I would laminate it with optical clear and seal the edges. "My first layout and quote of $850 did not have the window perf but the client wants the windows covered."
