    You set the tracks to 'spec' for their supplied letters. It's not your fault but if they are a good customer I would sand the others to size on a horizontal bench sander. This stuff is not unusual in our society today. They already know they are "frugal"or cheap. I just just read post #6.......

    You could do a double sided window print that you could use removable adhesive vinyl......information in the Roland's booklet "Taking The Mystery Out of Printing". Downlad PDF at the Roland site. It is an excellent read. Here is the link...

    Contour cut the laminate larger than the image and it will seal the edges. Print the perf and hand cut and contout cut the lam. You can apply the print then the laminate or do it as you would with printed vinyl laminated.

    Todd at All Square has 24" x 40' 5 mil textured floor lam .... ( I use it) their brand and it is nice stuff for the money and you don't have to buy a ton. There are some great suppliers here at 101.....use them.

    One of Dale's Big Squeegee would work. I do it that way with no problems.

  14. Using big squeegee on corroplast, perfect but bubbles form minutes later

    "Ill try to work them out"...... poke the bubbles with a pin and work them out to the grooves.

    cleaning cartridges I would do a cleaning with Mutoh cleaning cartridges and if it goes well then do an ink fill.

    Edit the node to smooth the transition of the line.It's all in the manual or help menu explaining cusp and smooth nodes.
