I use Permacast from Fellers.
QUOTE=TDFcustomSL;1113931]What are people using for the fluorescent vinyls? I see so many different "colors" of fluorescent vinyls on the track. Just curious what the most brand is.
Ditto! ShineRite has out performed any other intermediate I have used. I think OP made the right choice. I have been using it since Frank Feller first started selling it. I believe it is a General Formulation product....who ever makes it ....it works. He sent me a couple sample rolls, one being...
I would print cut and apply for $5 to $7 each. $5 for light color shirt $7 for dark. Light transfer reverse print and apply. Dark you have to mess with the transfer application tape.
I do 3 cars a year for 2 owners. They pay my price because they want to look good. They love 3621 removable vinyl or any other removable material and pay more for the easy removable. Florescent vinyl they pay 1.5% my cost plus the cost to cut or print the lettering. I've printed on Permacast...

PNC 1000 was my first plotter. Good at the time and cost me $3,200.00 new. Now it is a slow stepper motor, makes a lot of noise and not always "clean cutting...... but I did a lot of work with it and made a lot of money. It should be not expensive and they are built like a brick s*it house. I...
