Dennis, I have had a recent experience with "after the sale" not much different than yours. It is about courteous treatment. Mine was from the vendor I bought the item. My sales rep got it worked out and I've moved on. He is very responsive. I still do business with the company when I need what...
50 years ago I got started (addicted) with this one Christmas present I shared with my twin brother......http://www.amazon.com/Jon-Gnagy-Original-Learn-Draw/dp/B006G2XDWS/ref=pd_sim_sbs_b_2
I have a BS and a MS degree in art Education but never got over the thrill of drawing and painting. I...
Inkjet transfers
Pigment inkjet transfers are very good quality for full color images if you use good ink. Dye ink transfers not so much. I use Sihl's heat transfer material for printed transfers. It's thin, prints well and transfers nice. I've gotten 20+ washes and the print still look good...
I've done damage logo replacement work for two body shops, one in Wisconsin and one in Minnesota, and they have always give me a release they got from the manufacturer. The last one I reproduced ( made the image from hi resolution photos) was for a vintage Dolphin motor home that "kissed a...
Heavy duty curtain rods from wall mart or a hardware store. There are threaded holes on the side of the stand, get screws from hardware store. Polyester (light weight fabric) for the catch basket. Make a pocket with banner tape for the fabric.

You can then show photos of your work and cost using "simple", "complex" and "custom". This gives the customer an idea what quality and cost for that type of sign. The first cost is...
Everything they said
Everything they said. Graphtec CE series are a big bang for the buck. You won't be disappointed with your choice. Corel is excellent. Buy the full latest full version not the student version.
"it is approved AS WHAT SHE WANTS"
Works for me. If that is good for the customer....it's good for me. Get paid and get on to the next one. They all can't be masterpieces.
Intermediate vinyl with removable adhesive such as 3621 would also be a choice also. That is if you don't need perf and where it is to be installed.
If on a window 70/30 perf would be a good choice. Cheap vinyl that does not have gray adhesive can be seen in reverse from the inside of windows.
"Taking The Mystery Out of Print and Cut"
Roland published a booklet years ago "Taking The Mystery Out of Print and Cut". It is available as a download. What you need to know is in the booklet and much more.
High quality pigment ink laminated with a UV laminate should last 3 to 5 years. If you are print to the edge you may get moisture that might wick in around the edge due to the coating on the vinyl. I've used 210 but unless it has changed it is a little grey tint to it.
