i printed some die cut stickers then laminated then put in then die cut but it was off.but when i do a print and cut with no lam they r perfect is that normal

i do alot of store fronts in this stuff and large pieces with inlay lettering in it ,my question is when i put it on wet it takes forever for rapid tac to disolve and makes it a pain to remove premask.Does anyone else have the same problem or a different solution to use,and cannot do dry it...
what do you use when you have to hand draw something then scan it then trace it .I've tried sharpie and paper ,acatate but i still get crappy traces lots of nodes and jagged......
any help would be appreciated
