We do but very loosely. We don't have to for tax purposes because we pay tax on all our vinyl because half is used for internal and half is sold as signage. So we just pay the tax to save the hassle of separating what is used for what. We do however add up the vinyl stock that we have at the...
Everything used to make a sign is supplies once the sign is finished that is a sellable item and the item itself is put into inventory. When we make a sign we put that finished sign into inventory. With a couple exceptions when we take in precut blanks we inventory them. But aluminum sheets...
Very nice work. Not a huge fan of the marble look but the lettering is spot on. The antiques one looks the hardest to me. Even though initially it looks simple painting all the shaded areas to look like beveled letters and it coming out that good is hard work. Very nice.
Potlucks every three months for birthdays, holidays, etc. We always gang free stuff in on the small runs or blank areas as freebies for all the guys in the shop. Once a month is Tequila Friday. Which basically means everyone is drinking shots in the boss office an hour before close.
It's just the stock canned profile. Use it for anything new. If i make changes I clone it and name it by the specific media profile. I have only run one job on the chrome and it has been great but it was only black on chrome. What pass do you use when you need a good red. I have notice that...
Just tried out the Chrome from Hexis. It's a Polyester 2mil Chrome. Not sold as a printable vinyl but worked great in our HP L360 with OEM inks. Great chrome color and reflectiveness. Doesn't dull at all. Just used the HP Permanent Gloss Adhesive Vinyl Stock Profile.

DONT DO IT. If anyone sends you a zip file don't download it. And DO NOT OPEN it. YOu might not notice anything might be fine for a couple months a year whatever. And then someone is going to activate the virus or worm. Then all of a sudden everything on your server is encrypted and you...

Might be hard to walk away from the size of the order. But based upon these reviews from home owners of ryan homes. I wouldn't do business with them. If they treat paying customers like that I could only imagine the hell you will get trying to...
a .dat file is just a data file or file that a program didn't specifically give an extension to. So it could be .jpg .eps .pdf etc. It just doesn't have an extension so windows gives it a .dat file extension. The file still holds all the original data though. So you could change...
I believe there is some sort of "Optimize Cutting Order" It doesn't necessarily make it go top to bottom though. It just changes the order so the cutting head travels the shortest distance to get everything cut.
